There many distinctions between self-preservation/indecisiveness/ambivalence/being two-faced. Lauren's actions do not seem to be steeped in malice but reflect a desire to be accepted and liked and avoid confrontation. SPOT ON OPTIMISTIC!! Her bahaviour is completely normal and genuine for her personality and the circumstances she has undergone in the house. If DTM finds every person who has ever complained about a person without directly confronting them on it he must hate an AWFUL lot of people. That's just not healthy

You just countered your own argument there. She is doing what any healthy single female would do. She is flirting with some one whom she feels comfortable with who is a strong, confidant, well-adjusted man. Poor girl needs to have some fun with the constant tension of being stuck with people who have been nasty with her from the first week.

SOOO true. The latest Caroline hate campaign against Luke A is a great example. She is ACTIVELY seeking to turn people's opinions against Luke A. She is using every piece of information she can and applying massive amounts of effort and imagination to DEMONISE the lad. Even after Ashleigh disagrees with Caz and says Luke A is a nice person she insists 'NO! He ISN'T! He said X and Y...'

Lauren merely vents about people who are stressing her out. She tried her ABSOLUTE BEST to work on her relationship with Ashleigh. Ashleigh however still hates her guts for no reason Lauren can figure out and thus Lauren is fed up with her constant sniping and ingratitude. And as for Ashleigh 'letting it go' HA!! has she my furry green butt!! The editors can only fit so much bitching into one hour's programming and the Shevonnalogues have been the flava of da week. Ashleigh's hatred for Lauren has been going on since week one and has not stopped. Any convo where Lauren is mentioned she is still very bitchy about her and she has Nommed poor Lauren EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Oh yes, she so obviously 'letting it go!' HHAAAA!!!!
