It's one thing to hate people that cry foul at every corner, but it is another to minimise the experiences of others as they do not meet your own arbitrary criteria for what should/should not be offensive. You seem to use the same yardstick in the Caroline/Adam "gorilla" dispute. There may be occasions where you are right, but these will not excuse the occasions where you are wrong as denial of trauma is at times as difficult to deal with by victims as the trauma itself.
It is presumptuous to assume that those not in agreement with you have not yet lived and a Big Brother forum is not one to compare battle scars.
I don't think you're nasty at all. I perceive you to be more of a devil's advocate and I agree that a forum needs this. I made my post as an observation, and hope I haven't discouraged you from voicing your opinion.
