It's not just that he said it, it's that he said it knowing he'd get called in, and knowing he was breaking the rules, but said it anyway. He doesn't even have the excuse of saying "oh, I was just kidding, I didn't think it was that bad". The idiot admits mid-rant that he knows the exact severity of what he's doing, and says it anyway.

How do people see him say that, "Because she's a *********g piece of s**t. I don't care if i get pulled up to the diary room." And still try to justify it as his "Derry sense of humor"?
