I don't think Tim was hiding the fact that he was shaving his chest, I thought he was trying to hide the fact that he was naturally ginger
 I mean he had dark hair but he dyed it and when he was shaving he realized that people could see that his chest hair was ginger, that's why he hid under the duvet
