I think they overcomplicate the have/have not side of it. It would be better just to make the winning team the haves and all the losing teams have nots. It's good that they made they have not competition more interesting though, as otherwise I would have little interest in it. Later though as the numbers dwindle I guess this second immunity competition (alongside the veto) will be discontinued.
