I feel really bad as last night I said that Becky had ordered sickly sweet, high fat calorific food combination of cheesecakes, biscuits, doughnuts and a few eggs (freerange).

I believe she also ordered a number of packets of the highly nutrific Super Noodles as well which, let's face facts here, are genuinely a low in fat , dehydrated instant noodle snack for all those busy do-it-for-the-love Mums out there who are keeping their families all fuelled up!

I hang my head in shame for ripping of her excellent and extremely healthy diatary habits. Who needs protein shakes, fresh fruit and veggies, carbohydrates, high fibres, grains and vitamins when you can have a full week of fat, sugar, and dehydrated cardboard
