People who do perform rape are put into the registry so anyone can look them up as well.
There's other problems America have to worry about first. Like Healthcare/Social Security, The Border with Mexico, Debt Problem before rape cases and pedos.

While I dont agree with a lot of americas laws and that, I wish we had something like this. Instead the UK protect convicted paedophiles with anonymity
