Upon further inspection, it appears that the account belongs to somebody else, who has changed the previous username (LilyFox) to Sara_McLeanx. See an example here. https://twitter.com/Sara_McLeanx/sta...28833432461312

Whoever the account belonged to changed their twitter name to Sara's after Sara entered the house. I could go and change mine to any of their names, if the fancy took me.

Quite easily.

The account belongs to someone else. At some point, they decided to change their username to Sara's name. Could have been weeks ago.

I could do it with mine. It's been up and running for a few years. If I take a dislike to one of the HMs next year, and I'm that much of a sad bastard to do it, I could change my username to their name and claim it's their official twitter. Then post the link on DS et al. The posters will then argue that it 'must be real' because my timeline goes further back than the length of time that particular HM has been in the house.

Simples.

It's the oldest trick in the Twitter trolling book and has been done before.
