I think it says more about the political system in Hungary than it does about this individual man, that someone can use jew-hating as a political platform, because they know it will get votes, just like republicans use homophobia to get votes. The issue of anti-Semitism in Hungary seems to be glossed over in this story. Instead the issue of just one man having jewish ancestry and the perceived hypocrisy is the story. Shouldn't the fact that anti-semetism is so acceptable in Hungarian politics to begin with be the REAL story?
