Basically, the police have reason to believe that Brady has informed her of the spot where Keith is buried. She will not disclose this information, and so they have arrested her on "suspicion of preventing the burial of a body without lawful exercise", so they have been able to take her in for further questioning, in the hope that she will relent and divulge said details.
