I did see them live in person a few weeks ago and the boys were amazing. They are actually brilliant live singers. Some of their music has been co-written by influential singers such as Ed Sheeran (Known for music about drugs and personal rejection) and they have been more involved in the writing process on their current album. They are manufactured with their image but who in the pop music world isn't?

One Direction was awful on The X Factor, I still can't believe how the teenage girls forced them into 3rd place while the rest of us was begging for them to get off our screens.

Good luck to them anyway, just as long as I don't have to endure them.

The best moment in that series was probably Cowell's face when Rebecca went into the final 2 over them.
