Is this being forced upon me this year and, if so, why wasn't I given the courtesy of this being discussed with me first?

For the avoidance of doubt, until I'm otherwise instructed otherwise by an admin, there is not an opt-out list

I've been discussing this with James. I'm all for these going ahead, but some people may not want to be included, so they should have the right to opt out. Wait to see what James says about it. I only mentioned it in here before talking to you because somebody asked.
