People - females generally - who refer to themselves as being "feisty". Firstly, 'feisty' doesn't mean loud and rude. secondly, it's fine for someone else to say it, but to call yourself feisty is like saying "I'm beautiful" or "I'm funny", and it usually means you aren't.
