Could a heart surgeon provide you with enough information to bring down nations?...

it would soon bring down nations if we sacked everyone who had transgressed in relationships

Resigning =/= firing, ok so maybe they are effectively forced into it but I still think there is a difference between someone being fired solely for having an affair and that person realising it makes their position untenable

the only reason it supposedly makes their position untenable is because we allow an hysterical 24 hour media to control everything including who we hire and fire. the sheer amount of corruption that is far harder to uncover yet is infinitely more damaging to our country , that goes unchecked is staggering. whereas someones tittle tattle private life and tales of flings affairs or swinging open relationships is seen as far more important yet is utterly irrelevant to our lives, is more important than blatant theft or corruption on the job. theft and corruption is often not investigated. we just go for the cheap and easy targets. same as the police, target the old lady who needs a new brake light or parks on a double yellow line at night for 2 minutes , ignore the hard drugs in the night clubs and the beatings that ensue from these druggies

look at local government corruption, exactly how many work for your council? how much corruption and waste? where do you go to get it investigated? exactly how many people work in the complaints depatrment? Ill bet the ratio is worse than 1 person per 1000 employees investigating corruption. even then youve got 2 hopes of a thorough independent investigation, bob hope and no hope

I'm afraid I don't see the relevance of much this, particularly to a case occurring in the States

...well that is offensive..how could you think it wouldn't be..and the thing is that you're actually quite frequently offensive...you've virtually accused members of being murderers... because they have different abortion views to you...of being heathens and godless..because they don't share the same religious views..you don't respect their views..you don't respect them..all you do is insult them for having them...I don't even personally believe you have such care and thought for the unborn, when you have such little respect for the living...

..I don't take offence if anyone has completely opposing views to mine...it actually makes for a healthy and interesting discussion..it would be all too boring if everyone thought the same and just posted..oh yeah, I agree...that doesn't make you think about things...think about whether your views are valid..we may as well just do away with the SD section...but the problem is...you kill most discussions with your personal insults...so I for one lose hope of ever learning anything or hearing other people's points of view...which, after all is what educates us..because our world isn't so insular and we're not so knowledgable that we don't constantly learn from others.....

...I could say more..but tbh I believe this is pointless anyway...so I'll just say again..yes of course it's offensive...it's much too often offensive....

"you're actually quite frequently offensive."

He must have his reasons?

I'm getting a bit sick of seeing your rants ammi, his posting style may be a bit abrupt but lets leave it to the moderators to decide what is perceived as 'too offensive'.
At times we can all go a little OTT can't we?

Ammi isn't the only one who has found him offensive kizzy. He clearly annoys a lot of members with the way he airs his views. Being abrupt doesn't mean you have to be constantly rude and insult people and that's what he seems to do.

If anyone finds posts offensive then I thought the advice was to report, not give members a good 'telling off' on open forum?

It's not really your business what other members do is it...

Also you did exactly the same thing by 'telling off' Ammi

I am just making an observation. Two wrongs don't make a right do they?

I couldn't report her post, I didn't find it offensive just unnecessary.
However, ammi did find the truths post offensive...
do you understand?

I am with mtvn here, there are positions where any breach of security would result in instant dismissal.
If this woman had access to his email account, then this could be a breach of security I would have thought?

I can't understand why some in such jobs would 'risk those jobs' because they can't keep their libido in control, especially during those office hours.
