This is about the third round of "look how skinny and happy I am in my underwear" pictures, which are divided by periods of her overeating and returning to her larger size. She's no beauty, that's for sure, but she invites comment by putting stuff like this out there in her skinny phase of her yoyo cycle.

I think she's just maybe proud of achieving the weight loss,and wants to show it off,the hardest part is keeping it off,she seems like a comfort eater,I just think she really wants to fit in,
