Tube drivers are paid over £50K per year, they're not exactly struggling while many public sector workers are. Strikes like this weaken the unions stance in my opinion, and undermine the nobler reasons that surrounded the set up of trade unions.

+ they only work 35 hours per week and get great perks like free travel

I would have some sympathy if it was about job losses, but striking about bank holiday pay, which they get double time for anyway.
