I'm with Speidi on this one. I don't think they are heartless. I believe some of the others are heartless toward Speidi with Rylan playing up to the cameras at every opporutnity - which Speidi pointed out. The HMs have not liked them from day one, thanks to the fake Rylan kicking it all off. Speidi are honest and to the point. If you miss your children that much then don't go into the house. Apart from anything else we all know that BB will give Claire her letter anyway.
