I could imagine Emma saying:

"Good evening Big Brother house. [pause] This is Emma speaking. The viewers have have watched, and have cast their vote for the person they would like to [save|evict]. The housemate about to be evicted from the Big Brother house is... [pause] Jarrod."

Big Brother then chirps up with the usual. "Jarrod, you have been evicted. Please leave the Big Brother house." [repeat till at doors]

Then as Jarrod is at the doors, and they open. Emma says "Your 3rd evictee, it's Jarrod!"
