This guy is a fool.
That doesn't make it right though. Not employing people/sacking people/forcing people into resigning for things they have said online is, more often than not, completely unfair and is just worsening the unemployment crisis. I do like though how this week the Mail will be lambasting this man and pushing him into resigning and then next week they'll be criticising the unemployed. Irony lost on them I think.
