This is sad, and because it's a teen (I know he's 18 but you know what I mean) on a pre-teen it does raise a lot more questions than if the perpetrator had been older. He committed a similar offence on a 12 year old girl when he was 16, why did he not receive some kind of psychological help? I think if you're sexually attracted to children at that age there's room for a little bit more help than if the guy had been in his 50's or something.

But yeah, doesn't excuse the case. Just a person with a lot of psychological issues.
