Also when you have more infractions, it takes longer to get banned, but the bans are longer.

I dont know why it works like that but it does. I would change it all if it was up to me to be a warning, then an instant ban for every rulebreak.

It's Michael Winner, Alex. He was an English film director who directed "death wish", and others. He died last year, I think, and no, that isn't a gif of the event.
