Default which hamster should I get? [UPDATE: I got 3 gerbils]
I'm gonna buy a couple of hamsters tomorrow but which ones do you think I should get?

1) roborovski hamster


2) chinese hamster


3) russian hamster



I've already had some roborovski ones so was going to try a different one, but I still think they're the cutest ones..

either that or I might get a gerbil

I went with Russian cos it's the second cutest after the roborovski but if you already have one of those I'd choose a different one.

I had a chinese hamster when i was younger and it was the most naturally nice natured little thing ever it was lovely and never once in its life did i have to worry about it nipping or biting whereas the syrian hamster (the most common one found in pet shops) i used to have was a little wanker that used to bite.

I had a Roborovski a few years back, he was quite fun but they are extremely fast and hard to handle. They aren't pets you can interact with that much since they can escape from you easily.
