I hate it when someone leaves the heating on all night or puts it on full blast, I then wake up with the driest mouth in the world and covered in sweat making me feel groggy and awful.

I like to leave my window open slightly so I can feel a slight breeze in the room but then I'll moan when all kinds of spiders and flies find their way in.

I've heard that half a glass of red wine a night can be good for you but two glasses to a "few"? That sounds excessive, transforms your sleep problem into a drink problem.
