Now that I don't agree with at all, if children are of the age where they can do this parents really should be in control. We never allowed our kids to put their feet on the seat in front, they always took their shoes off and sat with their feet on their own seat if they needed a change of position, and they were never close enough to the person in front or behind to grab their hair. I hate it when parents let their toddlers lean over the seats into the seat in front or behind, so unnecessary. Babies tend to cry if awake on take off and landing and sleep in between.
