This is what happens already(well not bans, but infractions)..yet we still cant do right for doing wrong

I have said it before and I will say it again (and again and again no doubt) I much preferred the older system. I think infractions are useless tbh..until you have a considerable amount already, you get away with murder, while it appears others get punished more harshly because they already have a build up of points. One person could get 3 points and get nothing, the other person involved gets 3 points and it gives them a 2 week ban..then theres hell on about why one got banned and the other didnt. Its crap.

I know the ban system. but some members are talking like kate has to come back with her tail between here legs, but she owes no one nothing she has served her ban so lets drop it
but I wont have members thinking that she is on parole and if wind her up she will get banned again

if kate returns she is not on parole.

Infact, the person who brought up kates return in the first place was one of kates friends...and those who have problems with her have already said they will avoid her rather than taunt her.

Anyone who's been given a lengthy ban will be given an even longer ban if they carry on the same behaviour as before, I would have thought that makes alot of sense Sheriff.

People on lengthy bans have already had a final warning about their behaviour. They chose to ignore the warning. The warning still stands when they return from their ban.

Shorter bans arent held against you. But if you have had a final warning, then if you dont listen to it you will continue to be banned. This is why 2 people who had 3 month bans quite recently were on 6 month ones very very soon after their return.
