I know, I'm pointing out that it isn't always and doesn't have to be the presenters to those arguing (needlessly, as I said, the OP wasn't a rant, I really don't care that much) 'well they are the presenters..', as if that means that it's to be expected, the presenters are just a possible (imo lazy) option, to me, and others are free to disagree, the eye would have been a better choice.
