I don't think the secret has anything to do with the prize fund I think it will be something the housemates will be working on finding out all season. So maybe a mole/plant for the whole season!

Maybe the house,ages will be told there is a mole and if the mole makes it pass x amount of weeks without being nominated then they leave with all the money and the winner gets nothing. Throughout there time in the house big brother would give them clues as to who the mole is when they pass the tasks.
