In a haze of plus size models and exclamations of “oh fish”, Marcus strolls into the countdown at 43rd. At the time of writing, MTVN hadn’t gotten Marcus to agree to a bet about not posting throughout the ceremony, but Marcus has plans for Friday night so he won’t be here to read the ceremony until Saturday. Let’s take a look at the reasons why you gave Marcus your points. One member called him “the dear leader”, while another said he’s “the nicest person on the whole forum. A true gent. Always saying hello and asking how you are.” He earned points because “if he didn’t post, the forum would be practically dead, he keeps threads going and is definitely a big contributor.” He is “#TeamChubs, that’s all that needs to be said. One of the nicest guys on here. Hats off to TiBB’s prime minister.” Marcus’ triumph in the TiBB elections and his friendly nature were prevalent reasons for giving him points; one member said “he’s like the forum pet, I mean that in a good way.” According to one member, he “didn’t deserve to be so hounded at the Razzies, harmless guy who is probably the nicest forum member on the site and deserves to do well in ML. There’s something nice and endearing about his spelling mistakes, they make me smile/laugh more than they annoy me.” As one member put it, “Marcus is always friendly to everybody, he never slags people off, he’s never nasty to people and he always is up for a laugh and a good chat.” Well done Marcus!
