That's a matter of opinion... This is an open forum and we are all allowed to comment and share our opinions... A disagreement does not constitute bullying... And I won't stand for anyone who bends that definition to fit their own arterial motives...
That being said as I said before there is no need for a thread to erupt in to bedlam just because you don't agree with something someone or the way they go about saying it... I've had this happen to me on other forums and it's just silly...
