Sam and Daley were clearly jealous of Callum being in bed with the two most attractive women in the house.

Whether it's true or not, the edit was clearly meant to indicate that Callum's affections were the reason that Hazel turned against Charlie.

I made the assumption because of the way Hazel was acting on the hl show last night, the reasons for it are in my first post, not because they aren't the best of friends.
