Basically he is looking for the sympathy angle by admitting he doesent have the balls to go for her straight for fear of rejection. Crapola, he thinks he can get a soap thing going by smooching round corners and bringing others in to start the Chinese whisper thing which will ultimately reach Charlie.

Wow Sampvt, never thought i'd see the day when I agree with you! He's looking for AT, he knows a showmance is his best route for guaranteed attention. On his VT he was all cocky and bragging about women.

And for once, I actually think his VT reflects his life - except the bit where he said he's the life and soul of party. He knows that by playing Mr Insecure, Mr I Can't Get the Girl, I Want to Settle down and have a Wife and Child card, the female viewers's hearts ovaries will soften.

Yeah spot on Alex and Sam, this is his game plan. He said something in the DR the other day as well about them being "worlds apart"...hardly, it's not as if he is on the bottom deck of the titanic yearning for his lady on the top deck.

I got that impression too on yesterdays L/F. They have a lot more chemistry than Callum and Charlie. The hopeless romantic in me wants to see it happen lol

Wouldn't go that far love. Charlie sees him as a little brother.. Everyone knows that.

Well most people know that. Just because she laid on his lap doesnt mean they have chemistry i mean i have never seen Charlie and Sam have a proper conversation so where you guys can see they have chemistry i dont know.

Apparently Callum had some good banking job but he quit to save lives.
