Nope. The lady on the phone is the idiot. It's just rude. I once kicked somebody out of the juicebar I ran because they were on the phone, I asked them to take their call outside and they got pissy, but sorry, not everyone wants to hear your call and especially if someone is trying to serve you, it's just plain ignorance and bad manners.
