I agree, he called her out and stood up for himself. Finally. And he handed her her arse on a plate. Only half decent thing he's done in the house to be honest. What was all the nonsense about "showing her no respect" etc? after she's treated him like crap for weeks? Why is she deserving of extra respect... just because she happens to be older than the rest of them? Hate that sort of attitude.
