I was worried that he would try to take over too many of the scenes on Psych, but he doesn't, I think he restrains himself well. He times his humour well and he's a fan of BB.
You can see AJ delights in presenting with him rather than that Rylan guy.
Anyway Ian is the reason I watch the Psych show.
