Your god, the great cloud dweller wanted to keep us as ignorant serfs, and warned us away from the "tree of knowledge". The devil on the other hand wanted us to have basic intelligence.

The devil kills 3 people (I think) in the bible, and god commits genocide repeatedly. Y'know what, I hope if there is a god, that the dvil exists as well to help balance out the craziness of the man behind the pearly gates.

interesting how the arrogance of us supposedly more intelligent brits lead us to believe we could impose our belief system on the middle east as theyre clearly silly enough to follow a religion.....so we tried that in the persain gulf/Iraq and Afghanistan and across the region....
