What annoys me is that Sam opened up to his friend and he is being accused of going for the sympathy vote and milking it. Sam has never moaned or even mentioned his difficulties before and look what happens when he does!

He HAS a disability and he or anyone else shouldn't be afraid to mention that fact as if it is something to be ashamed of. That is a separate issue from his ability. Sam is a smart, highly independent, down to earth young man with a good heart and a good sense of humour. But this thread isn't about his merits, it is about him talking about his disability.

Plus the task was in fact a therapy based task to open up about concerns or problems.
I never expected to get such an insight to Sam's problem with the groups talking and not being able to participate because she couldn't make things out clearly.
The task became an even greater success because of Sam feeling able to express himself to Callum knowing he wouldn't be judged or ridiculed by him.

Far better and good to watch than Dexter marching in with the sole purpose of again only winding up Callum rather than go along with the task.

Exactly. I thought the Sam/Callum session was the most touching part of the series so far.
The Dexter/Callum session was one of the worst and most annoying parts imo. I don't particularly like Callum, (though he's growing on me the last few days) but I can't stand the way Dexter goads him. Dexter tries so hard to look cool and a 'man of the world' but it is so obviously an act that it just comes across as laughable and immature.
