I have a theory it is reasonably attractive women, with similarly attractive boyfriends, who feel their relationships would be threatened if their OH came into contact with a maneating tigress like Hazel!

They are mentally putting themselves in Katie's position, in other words, after seeing the BOTS interview.

Just my theory!
