Yes indeed, let's settle this once and for all.
I have absolutely no problem with Sam as a person whatsoever. I think he's a really nice guy and I feel quite sorry for the way he seems to have struggled to fit into the group due to his hearing. In real life I think we'd probably get on, and he seems like the type of person that would make a good friend.
Unfortunately for him, this isn't real life...it's a TV show, and an entertainment one at that. And in terms of entertainment, storylines and talking points, he has contributed ****** all. If he were to win after he's sat on his arse all summer and done nothing worthwhile for the series, it'd be a total injustice.
Big Brother is also not a charity. Him needing the money and Gina not is irrelevant. If this were real life, and I was the secret millionaire, then sure, I'd give the money to Sam. But it's not real life, again...it's a TV show, and personal factors shouldn't come into it. Quite simply, the person who has defined the series and contributed the most, the person we'll be talking about when we remember this particular series, is the person that should win. In this case it should be Dan, Gina and Dexter as the final three.
