This is not about nominations, it was Sam asking Callum for his honest opinion. Even then he said he heard no boos and to trust him that Dexter was the one manipulating Charlie into thinking there was Boo's for Sam. He had no proof or evidence Dexter said anything of the sort yet bought that point in just to make Sam think it's all Dexter's fault which it clearly wasn't... his obsession over Dexter has to stop and it is good BB called Creepy Callum into the diary room before he went on about it all night long....
