Didnt Jem walk in her head to head with Aaron in bb12?

I would think obviously the eviction would have to be cancelled in a head to head But if theres 3+ up it would go ahead as normal and votes get refunded?

Aaron and Jem received the most nominations, however, Jem walked before the eviction had taken place, so Big Brother decided that any other housemate who received a nomination would also be up for eviction this week. Therefore, Aaron, Faye, Harry and Jay faced the public vote this week.'

BB10. Kenneth walked when most the house were up (excl Lisa and Rodrigo), and the eviction was cancelled. 3 days later Tom walked. And then a further 5 days later, Isaac walked (and became the HM who had the shortest stay ever). Saffia walked in the first week too.

Caoimhe BB11 also walked the week she was up I think

(which meant Keeley and Corin were up instead and then Keeley broke her ankle on save and replace )
