It was brilliant, he showed Dexter right up. Dexter hated it, you could see the cogs of desperation turning, he tried to weasel out of it by rattling on about yeah but I haven't been rude to you personally Sam!

In the end Sam sealed it by saying yes you did because when I ask you stuff you ignore me. Well said Sam.
