Religion in general is a load of old shit characterised by inconceivably hateful and downright sickening attitudes towards certain groups (a complete contradiction of the God of love) and there's actually stone-hard proof for science, so I don't tend to pay attention to silly quotes like that.

So you expect God to love you even if you denied him or if you committed a murder and rape you want your creator to love you? Are you insane?

If you read the verse and the story allah did not curse good people but the people who committed sinful behaviors after warnings and warnings. Its like an offender got several warnings but still continued with his criminal act, would you love that person? Our creator will at least expect us to return him back with what he's given us with all the foods and creation, expect to do good righteous deeds and worship who created you and me.

I was on about the horrific attitude towards gays and women in the Bible and all, especially gays. Please don't tell me that you're comparing natural, perfectly normal tendencies to the likes of murder and rape.

The Bible was changed by people over the different periods so you will find things that goes against God and homosexuality is forbidden in all religions, because God made a man and women to breed and for survival of humanity.
