Peter Capaldi would be amazing but I can't see him doing it.
I couldn't imagine it being a woman either, just from a narrative perspective I don't think it'd make a lot of sense ('hurr durr It's a show about aliens and time travel huhuhuhuhu'). Idris Elba has been rumoured a lot and I'D LOVE IT if he was the Doctor but I don't think it's likely since his star has blown up lately. |
