The HM's are seeing what the viewers have been seeing for weeks - any time Dexter and Callum or Hazel and Gina tried to make peace, she drove in another wedge, in some cases physically getting between the two to break up the conversation. Same with Hazel and Dexter talking without her around, if she saw it, she'd run over and change the subject. Now that they've all compared notes, it's more evident. It can't even be put down to a Gina vs Hazel issue, though some are trying desperately to blame one or the other, because even Sophie was confirming info (when Charlie wasn't in the room to catch her).
Along the way, every person in the house was involved in the conversation, and not a single one spoke up to say someone else was lying or exaggerating. How are they going to edit it to look like Charlie is telling the truth and everyone else isn't, when nobody will back that up?

Dexter/Callum and Gina/Hazel NEVER tried to make peace and Charlie NEVER drove a wedge, what a load of tosh. Im sure youd love to think Charlie was the secret evil manipulator but things arnt that interesting, the 2 sets of HMs just didnt get on.
Charlie may have said some of those things, but not in the bitchy, malicious and manipulative way the HMs are being led to believe and are thriving off. Charlie is a nice girl that speaks a lot but she is none of those things and I am sure the audience will be on her side come tomorrow's show.
