Where is Sam's bravado telling Charlie how evil she is, or telling Dexter how manipulative he is? For that matter, where was he to tell Hazel what a homewrecker she was, since he had no trouble saying to everyone in the house but her - she only knew because Dan repeated it?

Sam, who "doesn't care about the money" is having a hissy about Dexter being in 4th, yet no matter what SOMEONE would have been in 4th. Rather than talk that out, he yells profanity and walks out the door talking to himself (yes, mumbling), only to come back and still try to act like it was some intentional act aimed at taking away that money he "doesn't care about".
