Lol what's going on in my town?
They tried a scheme like this a year or so back because Rotherham Town centre has to compete with a retail park a mere mile away and then Meadowhall on the border with Sheffield. It's a nightmare scenario for RMBC. Last edited by Kyle; 21-08-2013 at 09:17 PM. |
