If you're a mature student as long as you have maths English and science you should be ok, or you might have to do an access course for a year before going on to do the degree.
I think that nursing degrees are free but I'm not sure

University education is free in Scotland anyway, so that's not a prob.. I've got 7 standard grades and 4 highers so I don't think I'd have to do an access course, I'd need to check though.. The main thing I'd need is a driving licence! nobody will ever be safe on the road again!
