Eggs
Salad
Chicken
Turkey
Pasta sometimes
Tuna
Cheese sometimes
Wholemeal bread
Bananas
Grapes
Apples (need to get back eating them)

I eat at least 3 fruits everyday and I would never a have a meal without salad. I also don't drink fizzy drinks.

There is something not quite that good for you in basically everything. You'd be left eating just salad.

Assume you're referring to the likes of fast food? It'd be a dream world if fast food were healthy. As it would be if we were indestructible.

I am not healthy tbh

Yesterday as part of my diet, I ate only a carrot and drank some cups of tea.

Today I havent eaten yet, but will be getting ****loads of calories from drink ( ) plus will be tempted by dixys chicken later too no doubt

i wish fried chicken and chocolate was healthy i guess there both ok now and then
