Well how would Charlotte know then to even put it into an argument? And she didn't say it in a way that no one else knew , and Vicky obviously knew because she was defending Lauren and saying that some people need a bit of extra help at certain times ( if they have a mental age of a 5 year old)and if that was the case then they all should accept it , that was when Charlotte went mad, INFORMATION is the key .
