Yeah but Charlotte Church just offered her opinion about the nature of the music industry using Miley Cyrus as an example that echoes her own experiences when giving a speech; she wasn't really directly criticising nor offering advice to Miley, nor did she do it to get her name back in the papers; this is just the press filling pages and fans of Miley Cyrus throwing the terms "has been" or "jealous" around instead of reading what was actually written.

She's not jealous of Miley, nor is she even offering an opinion about what Miley's doing, she's saying that the music industry wants to keep women childlike and then suddenly really raunchy, and that it's double standards and perverse.
